I recently encountered, in my opinion, some immature players who feel that they can own hi sec astroides by harassing and pestering other pilots by bumping them away from the astroid belts. Astroid belts are there for any pilot. Not just the chosen few. I realize that this is supposed to be a game but when ppl do things like that it boggles my mind to learn that they think they can own astroid belts and then have the gall, audacity to demand ISK from those other than their little gang of groupies and even send an email message demanding ISK. I offer that, if any pilot touches another pilots ship, by ramming it to remove it from astroid belt mining range, should be shot down by Concord. To me its just as offensive as firing upon your ship. I'm offering this up to mature pilots for discussion. Not immature little giggles who think that kind of game play is fair. It's totally unfair. Low-Sec is one thing and Hi-Sec something altogether different. Pilots who enjoy the PVE aspects of EVE, like myself, should be able to exist and operate in Hi-Sec without the annoyance of immature, toddler like minded players. My guess is that the perpetuators are more than likely just that juviniles. If they are not that and are so-called grown ups, acting in this fashion then, shame on them and their lack of mental resolve in their adult stage of life.

Thank you for youe response. However, i do not totally agree with response number 4. I think that once a few of the mental midgets get blasted, by Concord, for bumping an innocent ship, it would stop. I do not agree that it would diminish excitement in the EVE environment. But, that's just me and my derivation of the situation. Once again thank you.

I did file a petition. After I cooled down I figured out a way to thwart their juvenile activity.

People should not have the right to send threatening emails and record insulting and ridiculous conversation as some of you have towards my person. The people who have responded civily I respect them irregardless of any differing opinions. However, those of you who have chosen to react uncivily shall be added to my report. You who have decided to act ignorant may yourself be banned. CCP itself recommended to me that I offer my experience on these posts. Will they be amazed at some of the responses I have received. If you cannot communicate with intelligence, I suggest you keep quiet. Those of you who have suggested I mine somewhere else, I appreciate your civil and responsible response but I have considered that but I refuse to submit to child like pressure. Not even close to bowing down to that and as far as WOW is concerened? WOW has lost many customers for similiar reasons as what is now occurring in EVE. We all know money talks.

Show me your proof that I don't have a right? People get charged for intimidation and threats. Sure, these petty quabbles don't reach that level but it lends itself to that kind of Vicious behaviour. If ccp agress with the likes of you so be it.

Yes, it may be a private forum but it impacts people all over the world. Despite the fact that EVE is a so-called Dark World and supposedly anything goes, threats go beyond that tolerance in my opinion. If you cannot understand that tough. It can get out of control. I tried blocking one clown who sent me a threat. I blocked this individual yet, that person continued to send me another idiotic email bypassing my block. I reported this. I did not start this nonsense. I was minding my business bothering no one. But you have those type of people who try to use intimidation and others of their mental elk chime in like sheep and offer more threats. I reported all of this junk. Some folks refer to me being a so-called care bear. So what. Insults mean nothing. Absolutley nothing. I do believe that CCP should consider the threat aspects and insulting emails more carefully and ponder whether this kind of ridiculous activity should be allowed. I will find out soon enough and so will you and everyone else in this Dark World.

Send out your so-called zero. It will just add to my already elongated list of complaints againts vilification by those of you who have nothing better to do with your lives. Help yourself. I'll report any and every offense in space and this forum which has turned out to be one huge humongous waste of time excpet for a few mature folks that spoke with civilty and I would be happy to converse with anytime. Something will eventually happen. Maybe they'll get tired of the likes of you or me. if I decide to stick around and find out.

Thank you Miss Bedlin. Thank you for the alternative approach but I don't like Bullies and people who think they can say and do what they want. Name calling, insults and threats of intimidation, of the magnitude being displayed here. It should be halted immediately, completely and forever with a sufficient enough punishment to control these type of ppl and their filthy tongues in the future.

Mr. Price, go to Halle if you want to meet vicious and callous people. Be my guest. I want to involve myself with decency. When a company allows these type of so called people to do the things they do like wild dogs from australia, dingos running amok to be exact, is outside the parameter of my tolerance. You can have it brother. They think they can dominate space like rogues in a city. I do hope that a group of decent players go there and pay them the proper attention they deserve. It would be refreshing to say the least. You will encounter these mutts in the astroid belts where their cans fill the area. They are rogues of the greatest percentage. Mine the fields till there's nothing left. Make them relocate like they tried to make me. For they deserve the worst treatment possible.

G.G., you're a liar on top of everything else. Yes, I shot the rats and continued mining then one of your goons approached one of my rat kills and began interceding. I didn't care about the loot or the salvage. Your gang and you are as petty as they come. Loathesome and dirty. I don't care who agrees with your indecent and obscene activity. Tippia, you're no better than the originators of the incident. I get it, bumping is legal, I get it being a scurvy container theif is legal. Being a filthy cheap shot artist is legal. However, threatening emails and vilification of my character may not be. It's under investigation as we speak. I don't care for you nor the ikes of you. This is really NONE of your business. I explained myself in my opening posts. I was mining in Halle. Minding my business. Not bothering a soul then along comes Firetruck. One of your Goons. He began to harass me and knocked me away from the belts. I did not like it at all. Ok so it's been determined that his action was legal in this EVE but in my book its stupid and hypocritical. I don't do those things to people. It's not my way. So, I got peaved about it and sunk down to your idiotic gaming level initially. Your goons persisted. So, I reported you. I learned that ok, bumping is legal, theivery is legal so be it. I was advised to block you. I did. But threatening emails started appearing in my inbox. Vilfication is abusive, gruesome and truly unwarranted. Sure I could have hired some assassins to suicide you monsters but its not worth it to me like its worth 50 mil isk to some of you bully's who want my frozen corpse. How does that sound? Bring me his frozen corpse. Some of you are sick. Is that what you grown up's, if any of you are, teach your children? To Bully, incite, target people like a street thug? Another fool thinks its kicking ass. What chumps. Go join the armed forces and really do some good and quit taking out your cowardly anguish in a game. A game!!! Of all places. It is a game. But if you think reality is so completely demarcated from it then you're being foolish. People are bringing a lot of reality into this game. Things that they won't dare do in reality. I came here as a friend not an enemy. My enemies were NPC's, Rats, Sleepers. Not HUMANS. Therefore, I kept away from low-sec. I became a PVE'r. I was satifisfied with that. I wanted to invent things. Create things. You need ore for that. Now players who think its easier in Hi-sec and have a gang of goons hassle loners. If I were in a Corp. They would get payback but I'm not into that. That's my choice. I didn't have any problems until I ran into these Bandicoots in Halle. So, my exeperience level was leveled up but I don't care for it. So be it. I was prepared to leave EVE until I received the emails, threats and whatnot. Now these monsters on are record. It's being investigated. So be it. I know what I'll probably end up doing and it certainly isn't breathing air in any space you reprobates occupy.

My attitude is this. I simply wanted to engage in other non-aggressive aspects of the game. I have a 3.93 security status fighting for Concord. I did so, for over a year now and counting. Corps. do not appeal to me. The way I see it, for the most part members are ore flunkies. CEO's get the most out of the relationship. Taxes. What a laugh. I couldn't find a corp. that didn't deal from the bottom of the deck. I tried some, quit them all in the end. I read the corp. chats and discovered I was not alone in my thoughts about corps. in general, so I made it clear in my bio how I felt about corps in general. Red Headed G.G. didn't like it. Container theif rogues and gate campers. All scum in my book. Why? Because they hurt innocent people who are non-aggressive. Not bothering a soul. That's when my attitude descended. The snakes I met in Halle were the final straw. I verbally snapped at them because what they did hit me in the wrong place. Then it went to far so, as to become abusive and threatening therefore, I reported these ruffians. No more no less. Then some of these jokers attack my grammar, call me immature as if they're qualified. What qualifications can they bring to the table beyond callous ignorance and bullisim. That's all they are capable of. Low brow mentality from the get go.

I take it very serious when an unknown in the universe finds it a cute thing to bully me in a game or anywhere else. If CCP. decides opposite my views, I'll just leave. I probably won't be missed and 98% of you co-conspirators will be summarily flushed from ny mind. I only hope, at the end of the trail, that the right thing for others, more humane, turn your misrable, pittance of a gamimg world around. Upside down and all around.
